Lebanese army detonating ‘suspicious’ communication devices

The Lebanese army has said in a statement that “specialised army units are detonating pagers and suspicious communication devices in various regions,” the state-run news agency NNA has reported.

According to Al Jazeera, it called on its “citizens to stay away from the detonation scenes and to report any suspicious device or object”.
