Iranian, Russian universities ink MOU

TEHRAN – Shahid Beheshti University has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia to deepen cooperation within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) agreements.
