Project for linking Iran, Azerbaijan, Russia electricity grids to be implemented soon

TEHRAN - An electricity connection project between Iran, Russia and the Republic of Azerbaijan is at the final stage and will be implemented in the near future, an official at Iran’s Energy Ministry said.
